Billy is paid by Ausaid & co-ordinates programs in Rural Cambodia.
The education system, particularly for girls was decimated by the Pol Pot regime.
The areas are poor, and many children do not have transport to go to high school.
Billy’s role is to source equipments, desks books & bicycles and teach the communities to pool resources to improve their lot.
Ken Parcell referred to Billy to Donations in Kind who have much of the materials that he can use. The logistics will then be to get it to Cambodia.
